HubSpot Configuration If HubSpot is the brain of your sales operation, Lovi is the mouth. This integration brings both worlds together. This module is not just an on/off switch. Here you configure how data flows from your chats into your CRM, and how your HubSpot Contact Lists can trigger WhatsApp messages.

🔌 1. Activation and Basic Synchronisation

The first step is to connect. Once you authenticate with your HubSpot account, you’ll see two toggles that control the automation magic:

A. Sync Chat (Contact Synchronisation) 🔄

  • What does it do? It’s your automatic assistant. Every time a user talks to your AI Agent in Lovi, the system looks for that contact in HubSpot.
  • If it doesn’t exist: It creates it automatically.
  • If it already exists: It updates the contact with any new information from the conversation.
  • Benefit: Forget manual data entry. Your CRM stays up to date with every lead captured by the bot.

B. Schedule Meeting 📅

  • What does it do? Connects HubSpot’s calendar with the chat.
  • Benefit: Allows the AI Agent to offer available time slots and book meetings directly into your sales team’s calendar — without leaving WhatsApp or Webchat.

📋 2. List Mapping (List Automation)

This is the powerful part, shown in the lower half of the screen. Here you connect your HubSpot customer segments with Lovi’s WhatsApp channels. The goal is to tell the system: “When we use THIS HubSpot contact list, I want Lovi to use THIS number and THIS template.”

Step by step:

  1. Search list name: Type the name of a list you’ve already created in HubSpot (e.g. Lovi App Test List).
  2. Select lists: Choose it from the dropdown.
  3. List configuration: Once the list is selected, a dedicated configuration block will appear. Here you define the rules for those contacts:
    • WhatsApp account identifier: Choose which WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) will be used.
    • WhatsApp phone number: Choose the phone number messages will be sent from (e.g. use the “Sales” number for lead lists and the “Support” number for customer lists).
    • WhatsApp template: Define which pre-approved template will be used by default to reach this list.

💾 Save (Save Configuration)

Once you’ve mapped your lists and enabled the toggles, click Save configuration.

🎯 What is this actually for?

By setting this up, you unlock two superpowers:
  1. Inbound: Everyone who talks to the bot is automatically saved in HubSpot (thanks to Sync Chat).
  2. Outbound: You prepare the ground to launch campaigns or automations to your HubSpot lists using Lovi’s WhatsApp infrastructure, ensuring each segment receives the right message from the right number.
